Introduction

Hello and welcome!

My name is Rebecca Smith and I am an Ontario-based Registered Social Worker. I am excited to be offering virtual psychotherapy services to Ontario residents struggling with a wide variety of concerns. I have specialized training in the treatment of Eating Disorders and Borderline Personality Disorder as well as having years of experience working with a wide variety of other concerns including anxiety, depression, chronic illness, grief/loss, relationship issues, cancer support, substance abuse, self-harm, and stress management.

I have worked in a wide variety of settings including residential treatment facilities, post-secondary counselling settings, crisis support services, and private practice settings. I am excited to be expanding my services to include Ontario-wide virtual psychotherapy in order to increase access to care for individuals who might not otherwise be able to access therapy in their community.
