Radically Open DBT
(RO-DBT)

Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT) is an evidence-based therapy which was developed to treat disorders of overcontrol such as anorexia nervosa, Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder (OCPD), anxiety, and depression. The skills taught in RO-DBT aim to increase our ability to respond more flexibly to the demands of our lives moment-to-moment, be more open to novel experiences, express more authentic emotional reactions, build positive and meaningful relationships, be more receptive to challenging or critical feedback, and become more socially connected.

RO-DBT can be particularly helpful for individuals who struggle with perfectionism, OCPD, eating disorders, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety disorders, and chronic depression.
